Ingredients: Organic MCT Oil, Organic THC & CBD Oils

Recommended Uses: Relieving stress, pain, depression, muscle spasms, restlessness. Can aid loss of appetite, sleep quality, and cognitive function.

Directions: Shake well before use. Tinctures can be used either orally or topically. Each dropper contains approximately 1ml of oil, and 16mg THC/CBD.
Oral usage: Place dropper under tongue with the desired dose, and hold oil under tongue for 60 seconds before swallowing. If taste is not tolerable, you can add the tincture to food or drink. Avoid high temperature food/drink, which may destroy the cannabinoids.
Topical usage: Apply oil to affected area, keep away from eyes.

It’s recommended to start with a lower dose and slowly increase over a few days to find a dose that works for you. Each individual will tolerate THC/CBD differently. Spread doses throughout your day (e.g.: if you wish to take 30mg per day, take 15mg in the morning, and 15mg in the evening.)
